BAGANVIBE TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to BaganVibe.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the BaganVibe mobile application, website and related services ("Service"), operated by BiT Co., Ltd. ("BiT", "we", "our", or "us").

By creating an account or using BaganVibe, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use BaganVibe.

If you are under 18, you must obtain permission from your parent or legal guardian.

2. User Account

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Keep your password secure
• Maintain only one personal account unless permitted
• Immediately notify us of unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activities under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Upload illegal content
• Harass other users
• Threaten violence
• Impersonate another person
• Distribute malware
• Spam users
• Sell illegal products
• Promote terrorism
• Distribute child sexual abuse material
• Infringe copyright
• Manipulate the platform
• Scrape or reverse engineer the service

Violation may result in immediate suspension.

4. User Generated Content

You retain ownership of the content you post.

By posting content on BaganVibe, you grant BiT a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, display, reproduce and distribute your content solely for operating and improving the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to post the content.

5. Messaging

BaganVibe provides messaging between users.

Users are solely responsible for the messages they send.

BiT does not actively monitor private conversations but may review messages when required by law or when investigating abuse reports.

6. Community Standards

Users must respect others. The following are prohibited:

• Hate speech
• Terrorist content
• Graphic violence
• Child exploitation
• Sexual exploitation
• Fraud
• Illegal gambling
• Drug trafficking
• Human trafficking
• Coordinated harmful behavior

Accounts violating these rules may be permanently banned.

7. Reporting & Blocking

Users may:

• Report abusive content
• Report spam
• Report fake accounts
• Block other users

BiT may investigate reported content and take appropriate action.

8. Intellectual Property

The BaganVibe application, logos, trademarks and software remain the exclusive property of BiT Co., Ltd.

You may not copy or redistribute any part without permission.

9. Purchases

If BaganVibe offers digital products, subscriptions or virtual items:

• Purchases are processed by Google Play or Apple App Store.
• Refunds follow Google or Apple policies.
• Virtual items have no cash value.

10. Advertisements

BaganVibe may display advertisements. Advertising partners may use limited information as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Violate laws
• Repeatedly receive abuse reports
• Attempt to compromise platform security

12. Account Deletion

Users may delete their account within the application.

Account deletion removes personal information except where retention is legally required.

13. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "AS IS". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BiT shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the law of the Union of Republic of Myanmar.
